Safety Requirements in Texas

Texas Bowhunter Safety Education Course
 

While not required by law in Texas, Bowhunter Education is highly recommended to build confidence, sharpen skills, and promote safe, ethical bowhunting.

Youth (Ages 9–16)

For youth, this online course is a required prerequisite for a Field Course.

If you are under 17 years of age:  Have you registered for a FIELD Course yet? If not, PLEASE DO SO NOW. REGISTER FOR A Field Course HERE!

If you are 17 or older, no in-person field day is required. Once you pass the final exam, you can immediately download your official certificate.

Must I reside in the State of Texas to complete this course?

What passing score must I get in the quizzes to access the final test?
