Heat Exhaustion - Hunting Survival Symptoms - Treatment
On warmer days a health concern facing hunters can be Heat Exhaustion. The excitement of the hunt, the greater physical effort and the possibility of becoming dehydrated can lead a hunter to become over heated. This is a dangerous condition and must be addressed immediately
Symptoms of heat exhaustion

Profuse sweating

Headache

Dizziness

Nausea

Flushed or reddened skin

Rapid or fast breathing and heart beat

Muscle weakness or cramps

Fatigue
Treatment of heat exhaustion

Stop all activity
-
Cool down the person as soon as possible

Hydrate with cool water or Gatorade
-
Get medical attention if the condition doesn't improve within an hour
